You will receive a finished work in the file type of your choosing of the desired subject(s) within 7 to 14 business days.
Additionally, for our Holiday Sale Event, you will receive a physical photo print copy of your commission in the mail. Delivery time may vary. 
Upon placing order, please provide your contact information. Acceptable contact platforms are Email and Instagram. Note, that this can be done in the adding notes section in your cart. 
You will be contacted within 48 hours of your commission order by the artist at which time they may request further information on commission request. 
If you are not contacted within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will be provided with a full refund.
