You will receive a finished work in the file type of your choosing of the desired subject(s) within 7 to 14 business days.
Upon placing order, please provide your contact information. Acceptable contact platforms are Email, BlueSky, Instagram, and Facebook. This can be done in the adding notes section in your cart.
You will be contacted within 48 hours of your commission order by the artist at which time they may request further information on commission request.
If you are not contacted within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will be provided with a full refund.
Bubba Head Commission
You can expect to receive your completed commission within 7 to 14 business.
Note, that this time frame may vary depending on volume of commissions and/or product details & edits.
If the time frame exceeds the initial 14 business day maximum by an additional 14 business days you will receive a 50% discount on a future commissions.
The artist still maintains the right to post about commission before, during, and after the process as it is their work and intellectual property.
The artist will not take credit for any original character creation done by the commissioners.
The commissioners may ask for an exception to be made but this does not guarantee desired results.
